What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. Local storage is a similar feature that keeps small pieces of information in your browser without sending them to the server with every request.

The calculators do not use cookies, and the values you type are not stored.
Advertising cookies
This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. When it does, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. How to control cookies
- On this site: when the cookie notice is active, use its Accept or Reject buttons. A “Cookie choices” link in the footer reopens the notice so you can change your mind.
- Personalized ads: turn them off at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of participating vendors at aboutads.info.
- In your browser: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear site data in its privacy settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the calculators or guides from working.
